Our Team

Pembury Pre-school is led by a dedicated team of qualified Early Years Practitioners and supported by a passionate voluntary management committee, made up of parents and community members.

• Pre-school Manager & SENCo– leads our setting with expertise in early years education safeguarding and inclusion.
• Deputy Manager  – healthy child lead, supports two year old health checks, learning & Inclusion. 

Early Years Practitioners – experienced staff delivering high-quality, Fun and nurturing care.

• Committee Chair, Treasurer & Secretary – oversee governance, fundraising, and compliance. 

We actively support our team’s ongoing training and development, encouraging continuous learning in areas such as SEND, safeguarding, communication, and early years pedagogy.

We also welcome and support:

• Volunteers and parents interested in early years education
• Students on placement from local colleges and training providers
• Young people on work experience as part of their education

Children’s safety is our highest priority. All staff, volunteers, committee members, and students hold enhanced DBS checks and receive regular safeguarding training. We follow strict policies to ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for every child.
